At Golden Motor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your new attire isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, labels, and protective bags are included.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
